For sale is a truly unique collectable from the CUBS at GIANTS game in San Francisco, CA on July 30, 2022, won by the Giants, 5-4. This date was the historic date of the WILL CLARK #22 Retirement ceremony, which took place before the game! This specific ball was pitched 4 times in the top of the 5th inning by Winning Pitcher & Giants reliever, Tyler Rogers. All 4 pitches recorded were pitched to Rafael Ortega, who would be retired on a 2-1 count one a ground ball to David Villar. The ball would be subsequently removed from play and authenticated.

This ball is a VERY rare 2022 WILL CLARK #22 RETIREMENT Commemorative logo ball, used only for ONE home game in SF on 7/30/2022. The authentication is input by the on-site MLB authenticators, who apply the holograms and enter the details of the play. This ball carries the hologram VT179200.
