For sale is a truly unique game-used collectable from the 8/10/2015 game played by the Cincinnati Reds and the host San Diego Padres. The Padres would win this game 2-1. This game-used MLB authenticated baseball was used for the 2nd of 3 outs- a strikeout- by Padres closer Craig Kimbrel. This ball would be pitched in the dirt to record a swinging strike three vs Brandon Phillips, and it would be replaced / removed from play after the 2nd out of the top of the 9th. This was the 537th K K of Kimbrel's career en route to his 218th career save and 32nd as a Padre.

The authentication is input by the on-site MLB authenticators, who apply the holograms and enter the details of the play. This ball carries the hologram HZ868263.
